Hi, i'm Courtney!

I'm a 26 year old wife and mom of 2 daughters under 2. Motherhood has been a catalyst for my love of holistic wellness, less/non-toxic alternatives, ancestral pregnancy + birth, breastfeeding and more. I believe we must restore the storytelling we once shared amongst women and unite in sisterhood. We were not designed to face the journey of motherhood alone!

I hold space for women and encourage them to lean into their God-given intuition and abide by it as they walk through pregnancy, birth and motherhood.
